Servo Control System – ensures the machine is fast, convenient and simple to use.
Shaftless Transmission System - each printing unit has an independent servo motor to ensure exact colour registration at high speeds.
Positioning system: The operator inputs the printing length on the main control panel, the machine then automatically moves the print units into position, saving time and material when adjusting the colour register.
Colour Registration System: the vertical and horizontal movement of each print unit is controlled by an independent motor. The Video Inspection System lets the machine regulate the vertical & horizontal Registering without the need for stopping, thus improving the printing quality and increasing production capacity.
Large Printing Area: 300 x 350mm.
Using high-quality photocells, the machine ensures multi-register print on both sides.
Print Units: High quality offset print units, assembled with 19 ink rollers (including 4 Form Rollers and 4 Water rollers). This state-of-the-art ink working system efficiently avoids streaks and image ghosting giving definition and precision never before reached by a Flexo press.
Each print unit is equipped with its own independent clutch allowing it to be lifted away as needed. This system extends the machines life span
